Integrated Continuous-System Modeling and Simulation Environments
Abstract
The state-of-the-art of modeling and simulation software for continuous-time
systems is surveyed. A software architecture of an integrated continuous-system
modeling and simulation environment is outlined, its parts are discussed in
some detail, and it is shown what portions of this integrated architecture are
represented in currently available modeling and simulation software and what
portions need to be designed from scratch.
