Modeling and Simulation of Hydraulic Systems in Dymola/Modelica by Means of Bond Graph

Abstract

In this semester project, a library for hydraulic systems in Dymola/Modelica based on bond graph technology is presented. The models in the library are based on the bond graph library. The models contain a hydraulic part with all basic hydraulic models. Furthermore they contain thermal ports that give out the produced heat. Three examples are provided that illustrate the use of the library. Fluid properties that are decoupled from the models are provided, the viscosity and bulk modulus of the fluid are calculated dependent on pressure and temperature in the model. The individual models are documented, and a users guide is provided.
