Building Services provides, maintains, and optimizes physical resources for the department.
Staff at the information desk handle in particular:

• Emergency maintenance
• Building security
• Fire alarm
• First Aid
• Lost-property office
• Mail
• Key maintenance
• Heating system, chiller, sanitary facilities and electrical installations
• Supervision of public photocopy machines
• Room reservation
