PySmart - A Python Binding for PC/SC for Linux

PySmart is a package for the Python language which implements an interface to the MUSCLE PC/SC environment. This enables you to access smartcards from Python scripts on Linux.

PySmart is a very first beta-release for experimental use. The package is accessible here: pysmart.tgz.

You will need the MUSCLE environment to be able to use PySmart. The MUSCLE homepage is here: www.linuxnet.com. PySmart works with the current release 0.5.0 of pcsc-lite.
