Drawing Trees

The mathematical objects complete binary trees are often used for modelling phylogenetic trees. Darwin contains a number of routines to generate plots of these objects. Phylogenetic trees come in many flavours and these will be explored in Chapter [*] - Phylogenetic Trees in much greater depth. This section shows the basic functions available for generating graphical representations of rooted and unrooted trees.
