In general, his research interests include machine learning, computational biology, dynamical systems and information theory.
In particular, his current activity focuses on
- design of informative experiments,
- identification of dynamical models from data.
Research Projects
He is a member of YeastX and LiverX,two large-scale research projects of SystemsX.ch,
the Swiss Initiative in Systems Biology.
