In November 2005, the department of Computer Science is welcoming two distinguished lecturers honoring the 150th anniversary of ETH: Barbara Liskov, Ford Professor of Engineering at MIT, and Donald E. Knuth, Professor Emeritus of The Art of Computer Programming at Stanford University. Talks are open to the public and scheduled as follows:
