BSc in Computer Science or Equivalent Degree

ETH Zurich offers eight different tracks of Master studies in computer science. Moreover we offer several special interdisciplinary masters (joint masters between D-INFK and other departments or universities). While the Bachelor is focused on teaching, a broad and firm basis of foundations in computer science, the Master is directed towards either a Master in general computer science - or one of seven 'focus' Masters in computer science, which emphasize a number of more constrained focus areas. Our programs mediate a high level of expertise in the chosen specialization direction, with the aim for the students to understand the state of art in the current research and to make their active contribution.

In general, a BSc in Computer Science is required to enter the Master program in Computer Science at ETH. For excellent graduates of allied fields, an admission to the Master program is possible.
