Note on Habilitations: The "Habilitation" degree required by some university system is not necessary at ETH, and the Computer Science Department does not support the awarding of Habilitations to its research members.

Teaching Opportunities for Students

(Computer science) students who are interested in a student assistant job do contact the lecturers directly. Work areas can be found here. Complete hiring documents include: permit application form for the «Fremdenpolizei», the ETH personnel form, as well as a copy of the residence card for foreigners (Ausländerausweis) and the certificate of matriculation. Note: The work can only be started when the Fremdenpolizei has approved the work permit.
